Enhancements include new workflow tools, export options, and key bug fixes for improved user experience and efficiency.

On August 15th, several key updates were introduced to enhance the functionality and user experience within our platform.

These improvements include the ability to swiftly unassign non-started stops on the Planner page and notify customers of mid-route cancellations, a new 'Job Unassigned from Itinerary' webhook for better job tracking, and the option for dispatchers to export detailed PDFs of selected routes. Additionally, updates to the Route Plan and the introduction of an action log for Route Builder users provide more control and transparency. Several issues, including bugs in the Public API and Route Builder, have also been resolved.

  • On the Planner page, you can now swiftly unassign all non-started stops and notify your customers if an itinerary is canceled mid-route.

  • Introducing a new webhook, 'Job Unassigned from Itinerary,' which triggers when a job is removed from an itinerary. This ensures you can accurately track unassigned jobs, maintaining up-to-date information for effective workflow management and reporting.

  • Dispatchers can now export a PDF of all jobs for selected routes, with options to include the actions list (default), customer tracking, proof of fulfillment, damage report, and incomplete report.

  • On the Route Plan, when 'Automatic Time Frames' is enabled, it will now display 'Disabled' next to the 'Time Frame' for stops/jobs on itineraries where 'Time Frames' are set to 'Disabled.'

  • Introducing an action log for Route Builder users, capturing all actions taken during a session, similar to real-time event logs. This feature helps you review and correct any mistakes made during your Route Builder session.

  • Resolved a bug in the Public API that would sometimes occur when creating a Location resource programmatically.

  • Resolved an issue that occurred when printing a job's data from its profile, specifically when including the Incomplete Report.

  • Resolved an issue where merchants were unable to search for customers by last names in their accounts from the Customers & Jobs page.

  • Resolved an issue in the Route Builder where the itinerary's end time did not align with the time computed in the Route Plan.

These updates reinforce our commitment to providing a seamless and efficient user experience. By addressing key concerns and introducing new features, we aim to empower users with the tools they need for better workflow management and reporting.
