Update to the Cigo Tracker Web Platform! New features added in May

Updated over a year ago

We just made a release for the Cigo Tracker (Last-Mile) web platform.

This release includes:

  • (Web) We’ve added a new vehicle profile called “enhanced.” The new vehicle type is for companies that require access to private roads.

  • (Web) We’ve enhanced the “dispatcher" role. You can set “Routing Restrictions” for Dispatchers. They’ll only be able to view, manage and route jobs associated with locations defined. This will affect the planner and the itinerary builder page. The setting is available in the dispatcher profile > Routing restrictions > Assign appropriate branches or Distribution centers. Click here to see how it works.

  • (Web) We’ve added a native “Woocommerce” integration. You can contact your account manager or support to get it activated.

  • (Web) In the route builder, you can now select on which side of the street you’d like the vehicle to stop when they arrive at the location. This helps reduce the amount of u-turns needed in a route. Click here to watch how it works.

  • (Web) The auto-split feature now considers the total duration of the day and not just driving time.

  • (Web) Significant performance and speed improvements of the auto-split.

  • (iOS) Operators can now modify the order of the route by dragging and dropping job cards from the “actions” page. Click here to see how it works. You’ll need to activate the ability to reorder from the Settings > Company > Operator App Options > Reorder stops in-app.

  • (iOS) Operators can now start jobs out of order via the map view. Click here to see how it works. You’ll need to activate the ability to reorder from the Settings > Company > Operator App Options > Reorder stops in-app.
