We just made a release for the Cigo Tracker (Last-Mile) web platform.

All large tasks have been moved to background processes. This will cater to companies that need to do bulk actions for a substantial amount of data.
You are now able to change a date, remove and add actions to Jobs that have already been added to an itinerary (and the itinerary is recalculated accurately to reflect the changes made). We know this has been a long-awaited enhancement.
When a job is marked as “Incomplete” within the app, your operators are currently directed to the chat section. In the last update, you can now enable them to be directed to a dedicated “Incomplete report”.
To enable it, navigate to the left sidebar and click on: Settings > Company > Fulfillment options, and toggle on “Incomplete Report”
Upon submission, this report is displayed on the Job page (just like the “Damage Report”)
Furthermore, you can control if the “Incomplete Report” is visible on the Web Tracker
