Our first major update of 2021. We've been working on a few things since our last update that we weren't quite ready to release before the Holidays!
Web Updates:
Reported Damaged and Reported Incomplete pages have been merged into a single new page 'Concluded Jobs' with filtering options similar to the 'To Be Dated' page
A number of improvements were made to the 'To Be Dated' page to improve user experience
New left sidebar styling with always visible icons and quick mouse-over access
When the state of an action is changed, the Operator that last made the change is now recorded
US dispatchers now have access to private roads by default in all routing and route optimization results
For administrators in the Middle East, you can now set your customer contact language to Arabic
Scheduled notifications now have more time options
(BETA Feature) 3PL/Transporter accounts can now enable Public API access for their merchants
API Access can be enabled from the Merchant's management page (Management > Merchants > Add/Update)
The Merchant user will need to activate their access to retrieve their API credentials (Settings > API)
The feature is only available for Level 2 merchants
We've also fixed minor bugs that were reported either by our users or detected by our application monitoring system
