Adding Locations

To navigate to the locations page, just open the Left menu panel > Organization > Locations.

To add a location in Cigo. Once on the locations page, go to the top right and click the green ‘+ Add Location’ button:

Once on the “Add New Location” page, follow the steps below to create your Locations.

Location General Information

Your location information is important when building routes and assigning customer jobs in Cigo. Every job that is entered will be assigned to a location.

Location Type (Mandatory)

Start by picking what type of Location you would like to create. The choice is either a Branch or a Warehouse.

Name (Mandatory)

Insert a location name that is known by your team.

Address (Mandatory)

An accurate address is critical for Cigo to route and estimate ETA’s.

Ref Number (Optional)

If you have a reference number used throughout an external system and wish to carry it through Cigo, enter it here.

Customer Service Email

This email will be visible to your customers when you give them access to the web tracker. We suggest you use a customer service email.

Social Media

Configure media-specific options (images, social identifiers, etc.) used throughout the platform.

Facebook Page ID

X (Twitter) Username

Google Place ID

  • Your Google Place ID is important because it allows Cigo to direct customers straight to your business page for positive reviews. (3 stars or more)

  • To find your Google Place ID, go to the orange link:

When searching for your Google Place ID. Search for your Business Name and NOT your address. See below a search for Cigo Tracker:

Copy and paste the Place ID code:

Logo and Shared Media

  • Follow the instructions underneath each image thumbnail to upload your logo and shared media files.

  • Your logo will appear on the web tracker, and your shared media will appear when customers share their experiences on social media.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists are important in order to create a smooth customer feedback and operation experience. Each alert can have up to four recipients.

Emails for Negative Reviews

  • A negative review is any customer review that is 3 stars or less;

  • Add up to 4 people in on negative reviews to respond fast.

Emails on Damaged Job Status

  • Any job that is listed as damaged by an operator will be emailed;

  • Add up to 4 people in on damaged job status emails.

Emails on Incomplete Job Status

  • Any job that is listed as incomplete by an operator will be emailed;

  • Add up to 4 people in on incomplete job status emails.

Emails for Customer Replies

  • If a customer directly responds to the tacking or review email, it will land here;

  • Add up to 4 people in on customer replies emails.

Saving Changes

When all changes have been made, click save at the bottom right of your page
