Stay Updated on Your Earnings: Navigating Tips in Cigo Pay
At the end of a day where you earned tips, you’ll receive an email letting you know. To see the exact amounts of tips earned, you must sign in to your Cigo Pay account and go to the “My Wallet” page.
On this page, you’ll see the following:
Authorized amount: Authorized amount are tips that have been accumulated but not yet confirmed. These amounts are subject to change until final review (customer changes, cancellations, chargebacks, etc.).
Confirmed amount: Confirmed balance has been reviewed and approved; this amount will be paid out on the next payout date.
Next payout: The next date at which a payout will be issued to your account (if you complete all of the onboarding steps and enter all of your payout information).
Tips collected are paid out to you via direct bank transfer once a month.
