New Features & Improvements

More Flexible CSV Imports

We’ve enhanced CSV imports by adding support for **Piece Count** mapping. This gives teams more flexibility when importing delivery data and helps ensure shipment information is brought into Cigo Tracker with greater accuracy.

Expanded Carrier Conversation Options

We’ve added a new carrier conversation option, giving teams more flexibility in how delivery communication is managed and helping support smoother coordination across operations.

Improved Customer Communication Through Cigo Bridge

Cigo Bridge now supports additional driver-to-customer communication improvements, helping teams create a smoother and more connected delivery experience.

Better Job Time Window Visibility

We’ve added support for updated job time window information, helping teams work with clearer scheduling details and more accurate delivery expectations.

Cleaner Tracking Page Experience

We’ve improved the tracking page experience by removing unnecessary inactivity messaging, helping customers and users stay focused on the delivery information that matters most.

Better Route Planning Stability

We’ve improved route planning so route sequences and stop order remain more consistent throughout the day. This helps dispatch teams work with clearer, more reliable route information.

Improved Auto-Split Accuracy

Auto-Split has been refined to better handle route exclusions and pickup grouping, helping teams create cleaner routes with fewer manual adjustments.

Clearer Stop Numbering

We fixed issues that could cause stop numbering to appear incorrectly, making routes easier to follow and review.

More Accurate Distance and Time Display

We improved how distance and time information appears when values are unavailable or not yet calculated, creating a cleaner and less confusing experience.

More Reliable Email Alerts and Job Timing

We made improvements to email alerts and job timestamps to help ensure users receive clearer and more accurate delivery updates.

More Flexible Branch-Level Notifications
