Mobile application update with enhanced media uploads, file support, and bug fixes to improve app stability and user experience.

Updated over a week ago

In this release, we’ve introduced key improvements to both our Android and iOS apps, focusing on enhanced media management, expanded file upload options, and better support for users. Additionally, we’ve addressed several bugs and crashes reported in previous versions, ensuring a smoother and more stable experience.

Mobile Updates (Android & iOS)

Android 2.33.0 & iOS 2.33.0

Both platforms received several identical improvements aimed at making file sharing and media uploads more versatile and user-friendly. In addition, we've fixed frequent bugs and added new ways for users to get technical support directly within the app. Here’s what’s new:

  • Enhanced media upload process: You can now select and upload multiple images at once across chat and reports.

  • Support for file uploads: We’ve added support for uploading PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and CSV files within the Job chat.

  • Video capture in chat: Users can now record and share videos directly in Job chat for more detailed communication.

  • In-app access to technical support: We've introduced direct access to technical support through the app, allowing users to report issues quickly and easily.

  • Reduced notification noise: We’ve removed unnecessary notifications triggered when operators update their own itineraries, helping reduce clutter in your notification feed.

  • Bug fixes and stability improvements: Addressed frequent crashes and bugs that were present in previous versions to ensure a more stable app experience.

We remain committed to improving the functionality and user experience of the Cigo Tracker platform. As always, your feedback is invaluable in helping us grow and refine our applications.

Thank you for your continued support.
