Tailoring Assignments: A Step-by-Step Guide to Editing Customer Job Profiles

  1. Begin by navigating the “Customer and Jobs” page and selecting “Upcoming Jobs”.

  2. Locate the customer job profile you want to edit. You can use the search or filter options if needed.

  3. Once you’ve found the customer, click on their name. This will open a pop-up window.

  4. Click on the blue arrow icon. This action will redirect you to the dedicated job page.

  5. On the job page, you’ll notice an “Update” button. Click on this button.

  6. You will now be in edit mode, where you can make changes to the customer job profile.

  7. After making your desired edits, don’t forget to save the changes.
