A little update for the first weekend of February. A couple minor enhancements to pave the path to big updates coming very soon.
Web Updates:
From your Company Settings, you can now choose to hide the address information in emails sent out to your customers. Additionally, you can also toggle off address display from the Web Tracker
Review sharing to social media from the Web Tracker can now be disabled
In a similar vein, you can disable outbound reminders to your customers asking them to review their experience via either email, SMS or both
You can also now choose if your customers can see either their order's ETA, Time Frame or both on the Web Tracker at any given time
We're introducing a new support system on our web platform to improve the quality of our communications when questions or issues arise
This new support system will soon also be available in both of our Android and iOS apps
Our team is also hard at work on a knowledge base with a lot of details on getting started, frequently asked questions, and a lot more
We also fixed a few bugs, specifically one that affected multibyte characters (i.e. accented characters) in files upload to the Import Tool
