No date? No problem! Create and manage jobs you don't have a decided date on via Cigo directly.

Updated over a year ago

No date? No problem! Create and manage jobs you don't have a decided date on via Cigo directly.

There's a lot more packed in this update, so check out the notes below!

Web Updates:

  • All Jobs can now be created as 'TBD' (To be dated). Jobs created without a date can be found on the new To Be Dated page.

  • From the Job profile page, you can now get a printable version of the page.

  • When creating a new Job, you can now set your own unique Job Reference ID and its related Customer Reference ID.

  • From the Route Plan page, you can now update each job's confirmation status.

  • The Reports Overview page has been optimized and should load notably faster.

  • The outbound contact language for your customers may now be set to French only or Spanish only (contact your account manager for more info).

  • Your Web Tracker can now be customized at the branch level, just like its logo! For each of your location, design a custom theme to your liking for your customer's tracking experience.

  • New staff member role: Business Analyst. This new role has restricted access to view the Reporting pages only.

  • You may now create a job and all of its related actions via one API call when using our Public REST API.

  • In the Import Tool, due to performance concerns, we had to limit bulk importation to 200 records at a time.

  • Multiple fixes and enhancements in relation to the Merchant user accounts for Transporter providers.

  • Fixed a bug with the email opt-out option.

  • Fixed an issue in the Public API where numeric values were returned as strings.

  • Fixed an issue in the Import Tool where addresses updated via the pop-up map view would sometimes give an error.

  • Various other bug fixes related to minor features, performance, and security.
