Another major platform update. The new iOS app will be released in the coming weeks, and our new Android app is under development.

The end of the year is quickly approaching, and here we are with another major platform update. The new iOS app will be released in the coming weeks, and our new Android app is under development.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Prior to December 17th, 2019, please ensure the Cigo app used by your operators on either iOS or Android is up-to-date to the latest version available on either the Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. Applications that are not up-to-date may no longer function after December 17th 2019.

Web Updates:

  • On the web, you will now be notified in the upper-right corner for, not only new Messages, but also new Reviews, and Events on jobs such as incompletes and incident reports

  • Cigo now supports system Push Notifications for new messages, reviews, and other events on the platform (Note: Compatible and tested with Chrome and Firefox. Not supported on Safari for iOS and Mac)

  • New Time Preferences options can be toggled by your account administrator. In the Company Settings, under Job Creation Options, switching the Time Preference Mode from Basic (AM/PM) to Advanced will now give you the following time preference options: morning, midday, afternoon, evening and night

  • Improvements to our email services in regards to performance, security, and reliability. Note: More related updates are to come, as well as a re-design of emails sent to your customers

  • Management of your Locations now allows setting custom media images for each one of your branches and warehouses

  • For repeat customers, you can now set some default job data on the customer profile, and when a Job is created manually for said customer, those defaults are applied

  • Support for international phone numbers throughout the platform

  • Minor tweaks and fixes to the latest iteration of the Web Tracker

  • Minor bug fix in the Public API for Job creation

  • General fixes, performance enhancements, security changes to improve session management

  • The option for Support has been moved to the footer on the right-hand side (post-login)

  • The option to change the platform language has been moved to the footer on the left-hand side (post-login)
