Web: Performance and usability improvements to the Chat on customer jobs
Web: Total deliveries counter on the Dashboard
Web: Route Plan pages now display when the location of the Operator's device was last retrieved
Web: Administrative email notifications for Incomplete is now sent when the status is set via the Web directly
Web: Once a delivery is In Progress, the customers are not only notified by SMS, but now also via Email

Android: Discontinued the Customer side of the application (over 95% of Customers use the Web Tracker exclusively)
Android: Digital signature is now taken in landscape mode to make it easier for customers to sign
Android: Time Frames are now visible on each customer tile and a counter for Actions is visible inside of each customer job
Android: Edited Itineraries are now automatically refreshed in the app
