Resolved API errors, improved job import handling, and enhanced mobile signature flow and notifications.

This past month's releases introduce expanded Public API capabilities, improved CSV and Import Tool reliability, and numerous crash and usability fixes for both iOS and Android. Updates include new administrator controls for job communications, a “Suppress Notifications for Late Job Updates” setting, and targeted bug fixes to ensure smoother mobile operations and stable web platform performance.


🌐 Web App

New Features & Improvements

  • Public API – Job Notes & Chat: Added support to create and update Job comments in the Notes and Chat section, enabling integrators to manage communications programmatically.

  • Admin Controls: Added tools for administrators to manage Supervisors’ visibility and messaging access in the Notes and Chat section, aligned with permissions for Merchant and Staff users.

  • Notification Settings: Added “Suppress Notifications for Late Job Updates” setting to prevent sending customer notifications when operators update job statuses after the scheduled fulfillment date.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed server-side error when cancelling jobs with pickup locations.

  • Enhanced the Merchant API to ensure consistent job retrieval for assigned branches.

  • Fixed inconsistent job metric updates in the Public API when actions were created asynchronously.

  • Resolved CSV import issue where records from one provider could appear in another provider’s staging area if imports weren’t completed promptly.

  • Fixed a 500 error in the Operator API Itinerary Job List endpoint caused by uninitialized datetime values.

  • Import Tool v2: Added validation for invalid date formats to prevent crashes during file processing.

  • Fixed missing stop location name errors for on-demand jobs via the Public API.


📱 Mobile – iOS

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed looping notification sound issue.

  • Resolved gesture issues on iPad signature page.

  • Improved layout and readability of agreement text.

  • Fixed images not loading on the chat page.

  • Restored access to Contactless Signature after job updates.

  • Fixed crash in Scan to Complete scanner.

  • Fixed crash when scrolling chat.

  • Fixed missing messages in Incomplete Report.

  • Prevented whitespace-only message errors.

  • Improved map accuracy for special characters.

  • Displayed asterisk for required Agreement Text fields.

  • Enforced 10-signature limit per stop.

  • Fixed visibility of Cigo Pay login button.


📱 Mobile – Android

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed crash on Media Backup page caused by image MIME type issues.

  • Fixed crash on launch due to dialog constructor issue.

  • Fixed crash from overlapping dialogs.

  • Displayed asterisk for required Agreement Text fields.

  • Enforced 10-signature limit per stop.

  • Allowed deletion of cancelled messages.

  • Showed latest signature by default.

  • Fixed unwanted signature expansion after collapse.

  • Removed “Technical Support” option when Ticket/Chat Support toggles are disabled and backend access is denied.

  • Fixed image upload issues from the Chat Attachment button, ensuring both Camera and File Picker uploads work.

  • Added validation to prevent agreement text submissions over 2000 characters.

  • Fixed Fulfillment Report failure when no image is provided.

  • Disabled UI elements during uploads to prevent unintended interactions and improve stability.
