How do I merge customers in Cigo Tracker to create a single profile?

Merge client profiles efficiently: Select, designate a primary, click to merge. Simplify customer data management in one swift action.

  1. Go to the “Customers and Jobs” page.

  2. Enter the client’s name in the search bar.

  3. Mark the checkboxes of the profiles you want to combine.

  4. Designate one profile as the primary.

  5. Click on the merge profiles icon.

  6. The profiles have now been successfully merged.
