Another month, another update! There's a lot packed into this one:

Web Updates:

  • After many months of research, development, and numerous iterations, we are proud to present our new Web Tracker, rebuilt from scratch, simplified, with more emphasis on your brand, and improving the general user experience (particularly on mobile)

  • The revised Web Tracker now has some additional customizable options that can be modified by the administrator of your account (Settings > Company > Web Tracker)

  • We completely redesigned the page used for creating and updating Jobs and broke it down into sections and with on-the-fly address validation

  • The new Job form is also customizable by the administrator of your account (navigate to Settings > Company > Job Creation Options)

  • Added an indicator (clock icon) to determine just how early, late or on-time your operators are directly from the Dashboard, Planner, and Route Plan pages

  • The late and early itinerary indicators values are customizable by the administrator of your account (Settings > Company > General Options)

  • If your organisation uses our Public API to create new Jobs into our Import Tool, we added a tab in the Import Tool itself to facilitate reviewing specifically those records based on the date of the Job

  • A new role was added for your Staff member options: Manager. Visit the Staff management page to read all about it

  • In the Route Builder and Editor, you can compare up to two loaded vehicles directly on the map

  • For Pickup stops and Drop-Off stops, a default handle time can now be set by the administrator of your account (Settings > Company > General Options)

  • General minor bug fixes and quality of life enhancements
